Q1. Is this a physical product?
No. All listings are digital PDF patterns you download after checkout.
Q2. How do I download my files?
After payment, you’ll see Download buttons on the order confirmation page and you’ll get a download email. You can also log in → My Account → Downloads to re-download anytime.
Q3. I didn’t receive the email—what should I do?
Check Spam/Promotions. Still missing? Write to [email protected] with your order number and we’ll resend your links.
Q4. Do my download links expire?
Links remain available via My Account. If you purchased as a guest or changed emails, contact us and we’ll help restore access.
Q5. Can I open PDFs on my phone or tablet?
Yes—any standard PDF reader (Apple Books, Google Drive, Adobe Reader). You can also print from desktop or share to a printer app.
Q6. Are the PDFs printer-friendly?
Yes. Pages are optimized for A4/US Letter, with step-by-step photos and clear headings.
Q7. I typed the wrong email at checkout.

Q8. What’s inside each pattern?
Materials & tools list, stitches/abbreviations, step-by-step photos, size notes, safety tips, and finishing instructions.
Q9. What skill level do I need?
Most designs are beginner to adventurous beginner. Each listing shows the level; follow the photos closely and you’ll be fine.
Q10. What yarn and hook size should I use?
Each product page lists recommended yarn weight and hook size. Using a smaller hook than usual helps keep stuffing from showing.
Q11. Can I get help if I’m stuck?
Absolutely—email [email protected] with a photo of your work and the step you’re on.
Q12. Will patterns be updated?
Occasionally. If we improve a file, you’ll get the updated PDF for free via your account or a fresh download email.
Licensing & Usage
Q13. Can I sell finished items made from your patterns?
By default no—patterns are for personal, non-commercial use (see our Terms). If we offer a Maker License later, we’ll announce it.
Q14. Can I share, resell, translate, or upload your PDFs?
No. Redistribution of the files (or printed copies) is not permitted.
Q15. Can I use your photos?
Product photos are for reference only—please don’t reuse them for listings or ads.
Payments, Prices & Taxes
Q16. What payment methods do you accept?
Major cards and PayPal via secure checkout.
Q17. What currency are prices in?
USD. Your bank may convert to your local currency at its rate.
Q18. Will VAT/GST be added?
Where required by law (e.g., EU/UK), applicable tax is calculated at checkout.
Q19. Do coupon codes work on bundles or sale items?
Unless stated otherwise, coupons apply to eligible items at checkout. Enter codes on the cart/checkout page.
Refunds & Exchanges
Q20. Do you offer refunds?
Digital downloads are non-refundable. We’ll refund/credit duplicates, accidental multiple charges, or unfixable file issues—see our full Refund Policy.
Q21. Can I exchange the wrong pattern?
If you haven’t downloaded the file yet, contact us within 7 days and we’ll exchange it for a pattern of equal value.
Q22. EU/UK digital content—do I have a cooling-off period?
Downloading immediately is a request for early supply, which waives the 14-day withdrawal right. Details in our Terms.

Q23. Do I need an account to buy?
You can checkout as a guest, but creating an account lets you re-download anytime.
Q24. Where can I find past orders?
