Are sets different from single pieces?

Listings can be single pieces, two-sweater sets, or three-sweater sets. The product description states the included quantity; styling images do not add extra pieces.

Where do I find care instructions?

Care varies by style: the Coffee 3XL Cable Dog Sweater is hand wash only, the Grey X-Small Cable Dog Sweater is machine washable, and the Navy Blue Turtleneck says machine wash cold and lay flat to dry. Follow the selected item's care line.

What does shipping cost and how long does it take?

Standard shipping is free with no order minimum for the United States 50 states and District of Columbia. Orders are usually processed in 1–2 business days and arrive in about 2–4 business days after dispatch. Within 30 calendar days after delivery, contact us before sending an unused and undamaged item with its original accessories. For quality concerns, wrong items, or missing pieces, contact support first so we can review the issue. Eligible returns use a prepaid label with no restocking fee; after receiving and inspecting an approved return, the refund is initiated to the original payment method within 10 calendar days.
